Papers accepted for the conference will be allocated a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 10 pages in the proceedings. The length of the submitted manuscript should align with the intended length for final publication. Please refer to our Submission page to adapt the proceedings format accordingly. The authors are required to complete the submission process by following the instructions provided on our submission page.

You are invited to submit a paper for consideration. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (Proceedings of International Conference on Philosophy, Art and Culture), which will have an international ISBN, by the Institute of Developmental Philosophy. Additionally, an online lecture notes book (e-Lecture Notes on Humane, Social and Art Sciences) with an international ISBN will be published by the same institute, but only the abstracts will be made available online. Submission and Participation Fees

The ICPAC will not take any fee for submission and participation. Additionally, the ICPAC will cover the cost of restaurants and the tour during the conference for all authors of accepted papers.

The editing fee applies only to non-English papers that require translation into scientific English to meet the conference proceedings criteria or papers with incorrect formatting; and is applicable only in cases where the reviewers suggest that the paper contains exceptionally interesting content. An editorial team is available to assist in enhancing the quality of the papers to meet the conference proceedings criteria, but this service is only provided for papers with student first-authors. Please note that utilizing the editorial service does not guarantee acceptance into the conference proceedings.

The materials fee is applicable only if the authors prefer to have a non-digital proceedings book instead of an economical option with a digital proceedings book.
